My first reaction: the cover itself is totally fine. No big complaints there. But trying to get basic replacement clips has been way more annoying than it should be. They were either out of stock or buried somewhere on the site, and support did answer eventually, but it took a while. For something this simple, I expected better.

I had to go back and forth over email and wait around for replies, which made it feel like way more of a hassle. Paying for return shipping didn’t help either, especially since I was already disappointed it didn’t work out. It did get resolved in the end, but I wouldn’t say it was a smooth or great experience.
